DescriptionThe dwarf that stands at refuse stockpile on the surface is overwhelmed by horror, her thoughts and preferences screen shows that she saw a troll's dead body. There was a body, but i dumped it into magma long time ago.

Is it Zas Likotnòm/Inkgod? If so, "she was horrified RELIVING seeing a troll's dead body." (with my capitalization).
That is part of the memory system introduced in 0.44.10, and thus isn't a bug, but rather works as intended.

I am aware of this feature, and no - it is Äs Zasnoram, she's flashing blue exclamation mark. Her very first thought doesn't involve reliving.

You have two troll teeth in your refuse pile. Teeth (or any other partial remains) are sufficient to trigger the thought (0007435).
