The save was made with Peridexis' starter pack and has 2 Raw additions:

add
    [ITEMS_AMMO]
to inorganic_metal.txt under lead

add
    [WEAPON:ITEM_WEAPON_MORNINGSTAR]
to entity_default.txt under Mountain
Steps To ReproduceStart a new fortress on the save, embark in the shown locations, press escape after the starting embark text, crash to desktop.

Do you have TwbT enabled? It very frequently results in a crash when trying to embark.
