0011576: Secondary Selectors Not Working In Testing Arena
The keys in arena mode like "-", "+", "/" or "*" for giving skills aren't working.
1. Launch arena mode.
2. Try to create a creature with some skills but fail anyway.
May include other things in the game that use secondary selectors potentially outside of arena mode. I noticed those keys also aren't working with scrolling between conversation options under "k" key when you assume control over a creature.

Needs more information. Secondary selection keys in arena and elsewhere are working for most of us (current release has been out for months, it's not likely something that everyone missed).

What mods are you using, where did you download DF from, etc.

Maybe upload a save, or even a copy of your whole DF directory, perhaps your keybindings file was corrupted?

I didn't use any mods. I downloaded game from official website. Newest version.

All I did literally was changing my screen resolution. To this:

[GRID:160:50]

[GRAPHICS:YES]
[GRAPHICS_WINDOWEDX:1350]
[GRAPHICS_WINDOWEDY:680]
[GRAPHICS_FONT:curses_square_16x16.bmp]
[GRAPHICS_FULLSCREENX:1280]
[GRAPHICS_FULLSCREENY:800]
[GRAPHICS_FULLFONT:curses_square_16x16.bmp]
[GRAPHICS_BLACK_SPACE:NO]

I play in windowed mode.

Another note:

I found a strange way to fix this.

First you go into key bindings and than you search for keys responsible for those selectors. Than you just simply change those keys to the one already set.

Welcome to Slaves to Armok: God of Blood Chapter II: Dwarf Fortress. After 18 years in development hopefully it would had been worth to wait.

Yes. But it's not a bug since it doesn't happen to anyone except you. It's something about your comouter. So no need to be snarky.

Did you set the keys to "by position" or "by letter"? (The latter appears to be the default.)

At any rate, this appears to be something specific to your system, keyboard layout, or something else - the default bindings have always worked for me.

Well ok but it seems like my controls won't save. Every time I quit game they set to default. Bug?

There are two options in the keybindings menu: "Save and exit" and "Exit, discard changes when DF quits". You need to pick the first one if you want your changes to persist. If you are, then check the permissions of your data/init/interface.txt file and make sure you have the ability to write to it.
