0001278: "render fat" option not available at kitchen if horse fat is the only available fat
The first animal I butchered was a horse. The "render fat" job wasn't available at any kitchen. I was able to render the horse fat by queueing the job through the manager.

When I slaughtered a donkey, they the render fat job became available at kitchens.

Just had this happen to me. I had two kitchens, two cooks working, and I had several barrels of dog fat lying around, but they were being used, dwarves were adding more unprocessed fat to them, so there was one stack of fat available. It looks like one cook grabbed the stack and carried it off to process it, the other cook spazzed out, I saw urist cancels process fat a couple of times and I lost the ability to order them to process fat till a bear was butchered despite the fact I had unused unprocessed fat sitting around. wasn't forbidden or in a burrow or behind a locked door or etcetera.
