Summary0001574: Militia commander stuck in Go to training
DescriptionI have a three-dwarf squad, and I've set up their schedule to train, with minimum 2 dwarves on all months. Sometimes they will train, most of the time they'll be waiting for training though. However, whenever one of them go off duty, he will be standing around in the meeting hall or his room, with "Go to <blah> training" as his active task. He'll just stand around, doing nothing. This often results in the other two being locked in waiting for him. They will eat, drink and sleep as neccesary, not gaining unhappy thoughts from that. As far as I can tell, they still try to stay on duty even when off duty, which locks up the entire training cycle.

As far as I can tell, all the causes of this are handled for 0.31.11.
