0001611: It is possible to create a world where seeds, drinks, and rope are impossible to embark with
  I have generated a large custom world which, even when I try to start in areas where trade with elves, dwarves, and humans is possible according to the location chooser page, I have no options for any type of seeds or food plants, raw threads, drinks, or ropes. The only foods available are meat and cheese.

  The world gen for this world is included in steps to reproduce. Hopefully it is enough, I'm whacking this world and trying again.

It looks like your world generation parameters disable caverns.

This results in known behaviour where dwarven civs cannot access underground plants (because they are only naturally present in caverns), thus forbidding you from embarking with underground plants, booze brewed from those plants, and associated seeds. (You can only embark with goods available to your parent dwarven civ).

For future reference, if you're uploading world generation parameters, please only upload the relevant one, thanks!
