0001848: Destroying Furniture without any Open Stockpiles Crashed DF
I destroyed an entire barrack's furniture when my furniture stockpiles were full. About halfway through the destruction, DF freezes up.

I've reproduced it with that same barracks on that one map, but attempts to reproduce it on another map failed to crash it.

After several replications, found it was related to the Coffer Barracks crashing bug.

So... you say it's related to the Coffer Barracks crash, but is it exactly the same as the coffer crash?

IE: Bugs 0000542 and 0001529?

Also, uploading a save of the fortress where removing the barracks causes the crash would be useful. It would also be great if you could save the game in a state where the crash-causing furniture is designated for removal, so just unpausing the game will cause a crash.

Meant it was the same as. I'll see about getting a save set up like that tomorrow.

Alright, I would like to keep the bug reports and saves centralized on one (or two) reports, in order to save time when Toady gets back to the bugtracker after 31.04.

Since you agree it's the same as 0001529 (In fact, I suspect this bug is the one you referred to in your note on 1529), and so long as you still agree when you get back to this tomorrow - I'll mark this as a duplicate of 1529 - no information will be lost, but it'll help "neaten up" the bug tracker, as it were.

Please do. I narrowed it down to "removing a coffer with a barracks & at least one dwarf assigned to it crashes". Just setting up a barracks from it & then immediately removing doesn't crash it, though.

Here's the setup save. Unpausing it should lead to the coffer it's centered on being removed, promptly crashing it.

Somehow I let this one stagnate! I'll keep true to my word now, though!
