0001851: Can't move goblin cage to depot because goblin escapes while cage is moved
Dwarves can move armed caged goblins to the animal stockpile from the cage trap location and the goblin never escapes. But the goblin always escapes if the goblin cage is moved to the depot even if unarmed the goblin has been disarmed.
Designate animal stockpile
Build cage trap at entrance to fort, wait for goblin thief to be captured
Dwarfs move the caged thief to the stockpile without a problem
Mark the thief's weapon for dumping so the dwarfs take it away from him
Wait for traders
Mark the 'goblin cage' as pending for trade
When dwarfs pick up the cage the goblin escapes.
This doesn't seem to me to be the same as any other cage-related bug, mostly others are about hauling the creature between cages rather than hauling the cage with the creature inside to the depot.

It may be related to hauling goblins outside of cages if the underlying game mechanics implement hauling a caged animal as carrying both the animal and the cage separately rather than nested.

I never tried this under 40d.

Goblins are notoriously good at escaping cages anyways, and bringing animals cages to the depot has been bugged for a long time - as per 0000480, hence why I'm marking this as a duplicate.
