Summary0000019: Crashed during location select
DescriptionI was trying to use the "f:find" ideal location in 0.31.01 and the game crashed. I've not attempt to reproduce this yet. Attempted to find location based on Medium settings for Temperature, Elevation, Rainfall, and River "YES".

May be an issue with Vista... Site finder worked fine for me on XP SP3.

EDIT: Or it could be the same issue from Incident 2.
