Summary0002066: Military Equipement/Uniforms broken
Description-Keep uniform on while inactive (off duty) is broken, dwarfs randomly drop equipment
-While active, solders might decide to "store in bin" the quiver with bolts or weapon assigned
-Getting a squad to actually equip the specific items assigned is impossible
-Ammo not used in battle/training or hunting if equipped
-Gathering Equipment task doesnt gather all the assigned items, especially ammo, backpacks and flasks/waterskins for food/drinks
-Training at archery range broken, melee training sometimes works with individual combat drill only - no sparring (rendering training weapons almost useless)

No items were forbidden (checked stock interface)
"Master Record Keeper" Arsenal Dwarf idle with no job after updating Equipment Manifest for a bit

These equipment issues have been covered in much greater detail by 0000535 and its child reports. If you find a specific issue that hasn't been covered, please make a new, detailed report for it. Training issues were similarly covered by 0000428.
