Summary0002144: Reclaim Bars unable to be used
Descriptionwhen you reclaim your fortess, any bars lying around will not be moved to a stockpile and not be able to be used. They will block a workshop from being built over them. (they are not forbidden).
Steps To Reproduce1) get a fortress with bars
2)Fun (kill the fortress
3)reclaim
4)watch as bars are not being used
