Summary0002690: make soap job never completes on manager screen
Descriptioni ordered soap being made via job manager (can't use workshop for that) and even though the soap was being made, the counter in job manager never updated accordingly.
Steps To Reproduceinitiate soap producing procedure (ash+rendered fat -> lye -> soap)

maybe i should clarify: make soap got stuck at max, producing soap until all resources used in the process were used up.
