0002950: Infinite AI loop involving interruptions
I had built a series of Up-Down staircases, one of which poked through the ceiling of a watery cavern. The cavern now had a Forgotten Beast in it, 5 Z-levels below (mutually out of reach). But seeing it chased my dwarves back up the stairs, upon which it was out of sight, out of mind, so they went back down, panicked at the Forgotten Beast (with accompanying cancel spam), went back up...

Only way to break it was to set a Civilian Alert sending them all into a burrow and then the FB (which was locked in place as well, probably trying to chase my dwarves, but had no way to do it) went somewhere else.

Interestingly, not all the dwarves were affected by this. Some were walking past the area without a problem.
It takes a very specific set of circumstances to make this bug appear, but it's always reproducible with this save.
