Summary0003408: Human merchants bring raw clear/crystal glass despite not having access to pearlash
DescriptionHuman civilizations are not permitted to perform the reaction that converts potash into pearlash; thus, while they are capable of making lye and potash (and bringing it in their caravans), they cannot make pearlash (or trade it).

Despite this, they are still somehow capable of bringing raw clear glass and raw crystal glass for trade.

Access to raw crystal glass should probably also be restricted to civilizations with [GEM_PREF], which currently consists only of Dwarves.

I'm not actually playing 0.31.19 (too buggy), but in a throwaway test fortress (with uncapped FPS and infinitely fast dwarves that don't need to eat/drink/sleep), I did get a human caravan bringing raw clear glass; unfortunately, it didn't come with a guild representative (which I seemingly forgot to mod into the game), so I can't confirm whether or not they're capable of bringing pearlash.
