Summary0000370: Designations no longer blink through objects on ground.
DescriptionFor instance, when attempting to dig a channel or a stairway under a rock, the designation will not be visible through that rock. Previously, they would blink with the appropriate icon.
Steps To ReproduceDesignate digging of channels or stairs under any object lying on the ground.

I can confirm this, and it's extremely annoying when mining.

I have also seen this. If the designation is under a construction, they also ignore the dig order ( i had built stairs up and wanted to dig a set down later on, I had to remove the up stairs before the minesr would act ). It also seems to ignore the channel order if stone is on top of the tile sometimes
