0000480: Animals escape cages when they are to be brought to the depot
When caged animals are ordered to be brought to the trade depot, only the cages are brought to the depot, and the animals are freed.
1. Purchase animals from elves.
2. Put animal cages in a stockpile.
3. When other traders come, have them brought to the depot.
This is a lingering issue - same thing allegedly happened in 40d.

This also applies to assigning animals to pits.
Dwarves will get to the cages and release the (often dangerous) creature.

This only applies to non-tame animals, tamed animals can be safely traded. (Admittedly, trying to trade elephants is a bit of an exercise in futility @ 15000kg each..)

This is a problem when you're trying to move a cage with a goblin that you've just stuffed a kitten into for company back to the animal stockpile, or yeah, trying to dump something into a pit. it needs fixing.
