0000493: Forge jobs don't consume proper number of bars
Smiths at forge will only consume 1 bar per forge creation, although they will not begin a project without the proper number available.
1. obtain 3 lead bars (or steel, or iron, or whatever) and sufficient fuel
2. tell blacksmith to make lead barrel
3. blacksmith will use fuel and 1 lead bar to make lead barrel
Tested with lead and barrels, iron and armor, etc.

Related to 0000130.

In my experience, however, you don't even need to have the proper amount of materials to begin smithing.

Also consumes only one adamantine waver per object, instead of however many are needed.

Could also be related to 0000063, i.e. switch to a new system of measure for materials.

When you ran out of material at all - alert says that you need 3 bars, but production goes on when you smelt next metal bar
