| Summary | 0005171: Ghost able to act as witness to crime (Vampire kill). |
| Description | My first suspected (confirmed via the renaming bug) Wich I promptly Sent to the atomsmasher, came back as a Forlorn Haunt, wich spends its time loitering at point of death and one particular bedroom.
It apparently witnessed a murder that I did not catch at first, only happened to check the justice screen some months later, so did not see the place. But the Ghost is listed as witness and have Even accused a speciffic dwarf for the crime. |
| Steps To Reproduce | Kill dwarf (vampire speciffic?) let him loiter and witness a crime.
Also remember to place your bets on the lottery. |
| Additional Information | Unable to rid myself of the ghost, as its Dwarf name is not in the list of engraveable names. Probably reverted to original name?

I think that it may be intended/unitentional but not a bug - ghosts are quite active so witnessing crimes sound OK. |

So one ex-vampire accused another person of the crime?
Can you verify that the accused is actually a vampire?
Also, a save might be helpful here, to determine who REALLY committed the crime. |

have gone on to .02 now, so a new world and all that. but I believe the issue in 00005326 is the same as mine, as the ghost on 2 occations had accused a dwarf, before the body was found. so it may be that ghost vampires are still... vampires. |
