Summary0005259: Soldier dwarf from previous fort arrives active, but not part of squad
DescriptionI had a swordsdwarf from a previous fort show up in a migrant wave, already activated as though part of a squad. I had to assign him to a squad (by creating a new one, I had no military at the time) and then give him a movement order before he would venture towards my fort.

This reminds me of the bug with migrant soldiers back from 40d - they'd arrive in Military mode and would be stationed at the map edge (and prevent further migrants from showing up).
