0005813: TrueType crash when zooming
If one scrolls with the mouse wheel to far in/out or (assumption) to fast the game crashes. I have found this to be 100% reproducible.
1. open any save in fortress mode.(adventure mode not tested)
2. Using the mouse wheel scroll out as far as possible.
3. You probably crashed
4. if not scroll back in all the way.
5. keep scrolling till you crash in and out.

Do you have truetype enabled?

Yes I do, I can try turning it off and let you know if it still crashes.
Edit: Having true-type off seems to prevent it from crashing. But leads me to ask, what does true-type actually do? Is it better left off, or is it do things important enough to be kept on?

TrueType is graphical-only thing.
It uses variable-width (TrueType) font characters in ingame text, instead fixed-width tiles.
You can turn it off without any effect on gameplay.

Based on 0002750, what drivers (and version) are you running?

In the meantime, you should probably play without TrueType. It tends to cause a lot of problems, and if you're using a tileset and not a font, then you won't see any differences in gameplay.

I have ati integrated 3200 series graphics I believe.

Not sure on how to check what drivers I have installed:
However when using amd's automatic driver updater it says everything is updated and working properly.

I have found a recent issue with the amd control center claiming I have no drivers installed however I know this to be false because I uninstalled all drivers and re-installed them(plus everything is working on my computer). Again-It's all automatically done by their software...so I cant be certain where things might have gone wrong.

NB: I'm assuming that Catalyst Control Center isn't different between your card and my card, which might not necessarily be true.

In Catalyst Control Center you should have a section that says "information" or "product summary", select that and then select "Software Information". Then you'll see a bunch of drivers and versions listed. The first one - driver packaging version - should be all we need.

Well Catalyst Control center will not work for me in any way shape or form.

Manually found my driver from the device manager and it is version 8.632.1.2000 ATI 3200 series.

Edit: Went to my computers manufacturing website and am getting drivers from them rather than amd/ati This may resolve a few things until then the above information is accurate

Edit2: Changed drivers and still results in a crash-so it is not related to my drivers being out of date or anything of that sort.
