0006223: Spontanious item compaction.
Every so often a Tile will obtain all items within a random, off-centred radius.
This can cause long strings of hauling jobs and a large delay in the production line.
If part of the event occurs in a stockpile, it may cause the announcement 'Uirst cancels Store Item in Stockpile: Job item Misplaced.'.
From this it would seem that the event will take items dwarves are moving, but not ones they are wearing.

Sounds like 5994. Does that happen when a construction is deconstructed?

On the file that is uploaded to Dwarf Fortress File Depot, there is a dwarf deconstructing a wall right next to the latest 'mass' of items. When that dwarf completed the task, the event struck where the dwarf was standing, so that would be the case.

I'll resolve this as a duplicate then.
