Summary0006780: World generation doesn't recover from non-display of window
DescriptionIf an event that causes the window not to be displayed (minimizing the window or activating the screen saver) occurs during world generation, the process hangs.

Note that it must be one of those two events; neither loss of focus alone nor maximizing another window is sufficient to cause the hang.
Steps To Reproduce1. Start world generation.
2. Before world generation completes, either:
    a ) Minimize the window.
   or:
    b ) Allow the screen saver to activate.
3. Either:
    a ) Restore the window.
   or:
    b ) De-activate the screen saver.

Observed:

    The process hangs.

Expected:

    The process does not hang.

This might be related to the fact that rivers take like 40 bazillion times longer to run during worldgen (back in 0.34 and currently) if you have the window full screen than if you have it very small.
