Summary0006931: Game hangs when swimming
DescriptionWhen swimming in rivers, I would often get "stuck," and be unable to move without alt-moving. More severely, though, when I went swimming in the ocean I'd randomly get stuck with the game refusing to respond to any inputs (waves keep crashing, my swim speed keeps increasing from training, etc) forcing me to force quit.
Steps To ReproduceIt keeps happening.

I was able to reproduce this bug on windows version twice by jumping into ocean and failing to hold onto wall, and resurfacing after being submersed.
