Summary0006944: Asking traveling people in armies to join you doesn't stop them
DescriptionBasically asking a person who is traveling and is in an army, to join you, will accept your suggestion, but continue on their journey instead of following you around like they should do.
note: this might happen with civilians too but i haven't checked if that's the case
Steps To Reproduce1. Ask a person who is currently travelling together with an army to join you.
2. Person(should)accept.
3. Person continues on their journey.
Additional InformationI guess this could be fixed either by having traveling people refusing to join you because they have more important business to attend to, or by having them quit their life in the army actually follow you around like they say they will.

Okay so upon researching this problem further i have found out that by asking said soldier to halt and then afterwards asking him to follow you again, he will do so.

this is, however still an annoying glitch and should be fixed, and if anything people travelling in armies should be more reluctant to just change banners like this, but i guess that is more of a balancing problem than a bug.
