Also, what does seas fert do? (edit) It automates fertilization.
Farms grow multiple crops if you cross seasons with un-grown crops.
Don't know if that's just feature.

This is probably a duplicate of 0000213, which is itself a duplicate of 0000087, which is a very old bug.
