Summary0007645: Stockpiles giving to brewery not working correctly
DescriptionOk, let me explain what I'm trying to do. I have a still and 4 small non-barreled stockpiles each holding one type of brewable underground crop. I have each stockpile giving to the still so that only those stockpiles will be sources of brewable plants. However, if one of them is empty, the brewing command will turn red due to not having brewable plants, even though 2 of the source stockpiles are full.

I think the problem is that once you assign a stockpile to give to a workshop, the workshop ONLY accepts from those stockpiles (instead of anywhere, like the stockpiles do)...in your case, if you assign furniture stockpile no. 25 (with the empty barrels) to the still, the brew option becomes available.

I'm trying to automate the process of selecting a variety of brewable plants, and so far I've been defeated for various reasons. For example, you can't deliver items to a non-barrel stockpile from a barrel stockpile, which is unfortunate. Apparently this is by design, which is unfortunate because it would be useful for sorting items from a catchall source stockpile.
