0007919: Designating long channel causes miners to freeze
I noticed this, then my fort blew up so I killed it and loaded an old save.
Essentially if you designate a long channel at some point the miners will become "Stuck" they say they're channelling out a space, some spaces will be blinking, but nobody is moving and the last spaces aren't getting channelled. To solve this I had to d-x remove the designation on the last squares and then redesignate them.

If you go to Z level 96 on my save at the top you'll see 3 miners stuck, and 2 squares blinking. This is the same thing that happened in the previous game when I mass designated that line to be channelled out. I tried it twice in the same spot (dug out the area first, then laid out the channel) and it happened both times.
