Summary0008223: bins/wheelbarrow inhibiting hauling route trigger condition
DescriptionFor some reason, a dwarf dumped not only a piece of raw adamantine, but also a wheelbarrow into the minecart that dumps raw adamantine into a quantum stockpile.
The contents of the minecart were: addy,addy,addy,addy,wheelbarrow,addy. So technically, it had 5 boulders, and was full, and should trigger the "guide south immediatly when full" condition. It did not. For the purpose of recieving more boulders, it was treated as full though. So it was effectively blocking any further hauling, not triggering the condition. Adding another trigger "always guide south in 14 days" solved the issue. So, minor bug, can be worked around.
