Summary0008426: guest barons elevated along with fort baron
DescriptionI had 2 guest barons, that is 2 of my dwarves inherited a baron title from 2 separate sites other than my own. A while after they inherited I suggested a third of my dwarves as baron of my own fort and that worked as expected. A year later he was elevated to duke (skipping count) and the other 2 barons were elevated to duke along with him.

Also, one of the guest barons is now officially listed on the civilization screen as the duke of the fort instead of the dwarf I picked and in their personal history they are all listed as being the duke of the same site, one of the 2 sites they inherited the title from.

I forgot some additional information:
- it's the standard sdl windows version of the game
- the save is copied from an earlier version, I think it was 40.03, and used in multiple versions in between
- the only changes to the raws are female beards and the ethics regarding eating and making trophies of sentients
- the issue happened in the current version, 40.13

Just got this in my 42.03 fort. A dwarf inherited a foreign barony and is now making mandates and wanting nice rooms. I didn't have a real baron at the time.
