0009024: When switching to military "positions" page from "equip" page, relevant skills and squad member counts are not updated

Description

I have two squads. While browsing dwarves to assign to a melee squad (A), the dwarf's marksdwarf skill is shown instead of a relevant melee skill. This is true when returning to the positions tab after viewing the Equip tab for squad A. If the equip tab for squad B, or any other tab, is viewed before returning to the positions screen, a relevant melee skill will be shown while browsing.

I guess this is related to 0002478, but that one is marked as fixed and I didn't find a similar report for the latest version of dwarf fortress.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to the military screen. Press 'e'. Press down to highlight "The Dyes of Nature". Press 'p'. Browse squad or unassigned dwarfs.
