Summary0000988: Butchering a forgotten beast produces invisible "unknown frozen creature substance chops"
DescriptionI butchered a forgotten beast:

Ukla: A towering beakless thornbill. It has two short horns and it has a gaunt appearance. Its puce feathers are long and sparse. Beware its deadly blood!

This produces a huge stack of forgotton beast meat [323], which seems to be correctly in my food stockpiles.

I also see, on my z-stocks screen under meat:

unknown frozen creature substance chops [126]
unknown frozen creature substance chops [52]
.. etc ..

If I use tab to change mode, they disappear from the list entirely (i.e. they're not visible in the expanded mode). I can't find them anywhere in my large food stockpile either, but it's a bit of a needle-in-a-haystack problem.

oops, might be a duplicate of 0000385 (though a different source of the problem)

Actually, it's different in that the chops don't get the right name when you hit tab..
