Summary | 0010425: Naming an item in adventure mode renders it unusable for crafting, trivial to fix |
Description | Naming an item via the "I" option makes it count as an artifact for the sake of reactions, rendering it unusable. This includes reagents that are not consumed in the reaction, and for most players the standout example is that it ceases to count as an edged item for the sake of bonecarving and carpentry.
This can be fixed trivially by applying the [CAN_USE_ARTIFACT] to reagents that also have [PRESERVE_REAGENT]. |
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Obtain an edged weapon.
2. Use shift-I to name it.
3. Attempt to carve bone trinkets, a haft, or furniture. |
