DescriptionConstruction of "Upright weapon" [b][T][S] requires no special labour - but it is item hauling. In result it is assigned to random dwarf, not haulers.
Steps To Reproduce[b][T][S] with dwarves with disabled item hauling.

 I don't understand. Are you saying that the job gets assigned to dwarves who can't perform it, or just that the job lies about its requirements?

 This is probably the same as how building a floodgate does not require any labor - any dwarf will do it (provided it's an adult civilian; previous versions probably also excluded nobles from this).

 Exactly. And I prefer to prevent doctors from hauling (the same problem is with hauling items to trade depot)
