|Summary||0011879: World Generation Tries to Force Dwarven Civilizations While There is No Water in Caverns|
|Description||So I tried to make an advanced world with water in caverns being gone but it tries to create dwarven civilizations anyway, guaranteeing rejections. I don't want to alter game files for vanilla game reasons.|
Somehow you can actually create a world with civilizations that doesn't have a dwarven civilization if all mountains are either good or evil. Why then try to force dwarven civilizations if there is not enough cavern water?
|Steps To Reproduce||Create an advanced pocket custom world with no water in caverns and at least one civilization.|
Optionally forbid good or evil squares but it shouldn't matter due to their very low amounts on default anyway.
|Additional Information||I don't want dwarven civ in my world at any point in history, neither good or evil squares too.|
For river generation reasons mountainless worlds cannot exist.
