0000148: Crash on military screen setting training size

Description

Crash when selecting minimum squad training number

Steps To Reproduce

-- hit [m] to enter military screen.
-- At the squad level, hit [s] for schedule
-- Pick any order, and hit [Tab] to select the default (Train, 10 minimum)
-- With that highlighted, hit your default Page secondary selector up or down key. Mine is defined as [/] and [Key DE] respectively
-- Crash

Also crashes no matter what the [PAGE SECONDARY SELECTOR UP/DOWN] is changed to

(0000735) ercdvs (reporter) 2010-04-03 18:18	Actually, a later report would be a dupe of this one. but it doesn't seem to matter what your selector is set to.
