Summary | 0001998: Player can't set the more generic uniform options, like "any headgear"
Description | The default uniforms have nice generic requisites that allow multiple item types and even seem to be intelligent enough to choose the best item available. Seems like "metal legwear" will choose greaves first, and if there are none, go through leggins. Which is great. But unless I'm blind, there's no way for the player to set these groups. There are only available in the default uniforms, and not amongst the customisation options. Worse, if I delete one accidentally, there's no way to get it back.

Yeah, this was a known issue during testing and I remember Toady acknowledging that it's subpar, so I guess we'll call it a bug for now. |

It's also not possible to modify the materials for those prepopulated entries. |

GOD DAMMIT OVER TWO YEARS. TOADY, DEAR, IS IT REALLY HARD FOR YOU? |

Chill. I already got used to how seriously Toady treats bugs. As for myself, I would like to have definitions of uniforms in file in init dir, like for example embark profiles. But it is more like feature request than bug, but it would be good workaround... |
