Summary0002774: Crossbows ineffective against trained armor users (goblins)
DescriptionA goblin ambush appeared, I activated a squad of markdwarves, two whom were legendary, they equipped iron bolts, moved to a reinforced tower outside (While my fortress sealed off). And proceeded to shoot 2000! bolts at the goblins without even hurting one. I know because that was the amount I had in stock :) And they shot them all falling back on bone bolts, but neither hit the goblins who just stand there taking it... Not a scratch has appeared, every shot get deflected by standard copper armor :(
Steps To ReproduceHaven't tested in the arena but in fortress mode it's pretty easy to reproduce, and it explains why hunters take so long and so much ammo to kill something. (correlates with other bugs)

Let's fold this one into 0000833. Arena testing would be helpful. Make sure the Arena marksdwarves have high skill in both Archer (the generic ranged weapon skill) and Crossbow, so that fewer of the shots will miss.
