Description | World gen rejects worlds without civilizations, and after too many rejections displays an error message beginning "The world generator is couldn't find any civilization definitions". The "is" is extraneous. |
Steps To Reproduce | Delete all civilized creatures from the raws and gen a world. Wait a bit. Read the error message. |
