As soon as the danger room on the right is started up with dwarves inside, and the spears deploy for the first time, the game will crash.
If the lever is only pulled once (retracting the spears) nothing will happen. If the lever is repeatedly pulled with no dwarves in the room, nothing will happen. The crash only seems to occur when one of the spears hits a dwarf.
The game seemingly continues to run normally if the spears are never activated.

Pull the lever on the left twice while the dwarves are in the danger room on the left.

|I am going to go ahead and post this here just in case they are related. The same bug still exists in 31.17. I thought they were random crashes at first till I noticed it only happened after I cut on my danger room. I never tried it in 31.16 so I can't vouch for that, but definitely in 31.17.|

1. Why is everyone suddenly setting up danger rooms?
2. Why is everyone even CALLING them danger rooms?
Seriously there have been like three reports with the exact same title. I'm obviously missing something.
1. Probably because everyone is just learning about them/bothering to make them.
2. Why not?
|Suggestion: use serrated discs until this is fixed. I find them rather overpowered though.|
|@TomiTapio: As I posted in 0003576, serrated disc traps also cause game crashes when triggered. I suspect weapon traps that cause damage to dwarves or enemies exhibit the same behavior (cage traps work fine, not sure about stonefall traps)|
