Summary0003873: dwarves will stop pathing through stairs in obsidan
Descriptiondwarves will not path through stairs some time after they are dug from the cast obsidan. also, if you replace the stairs by constructing stairs, it briefly fixes the problem.
Steps To ReproduceA. put stairs through cast obsidian
B. put a meeting zone, dig designation or build order at the bottom of the stairs.

 also, now, about 6 minutes later, all stairs no longer function
