0004221: Adventure mode reactions no longer create quality items

Description

In response to a forum question on whether 0004016 was universally fixed, I thought I could do a quick test with adventure mode reactions. As a demigod with all points (grand master) in knapping, I found a few stones and knapped some sharp stones, which turned out lacking quality.

Considering the possibility that sharp stones could have quality taken away from them, I then used a mod (the relevant portions being Lofn's Wanderer's Friend mod http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=2665 [^] ), and again created a knapping demigod, this time knapping stone tools, which again came out without quality.

To exclude the potential of overflow problems, I then took the same character and used the mod's woodcutting and carpentry reactions to create barrels and buckets until the character was a skilled Carpenter, creating almost six screens of those items in his inventory, all of which also lacked quality.
