0004793: DF window size not correct with [INTRO:YES] or after playing movies while using [PRINT_MODE:TEXT]

Description

On Linux, when intro is turned on and PRINT_MODE:TEXT is being used, DF will only use 80x25 even if the terminal was much larger.

If the terminal is resized afterwards (while DF is running), the DF will resize itself to the correct size.

This is a problem for some specialized terminal software that can't resize the terminal to work around the bug after launching DF.

I tested with gnome-terminal and xterm. Confirmed with another player.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Use a terminal bigger than 80x25.
2. Use intro and PRINT_MODE:TEXT.
3. Launch DF.
4. Expect the DF to take all of the terminal space.
5. Fall in despair after your expectations were not met.

(0023375) wump (reporter) 2012-07-28 07:27	I can confirm this behavior on v0.34.11. I've tried various things but PRINT_MODE:TEXT would always use 80x25, indifferent of fullscreen mode settings. Setting INTRO: to NO does work around it, thanks!
