0006581: Incorrect Version Listed in the Help Menu

Description

In the Help menu, the technical option states that "***note that version 0.31+ is not compatible with other versions.***" This should obviously be replaced with 0.40

Steps To Reproduce

1) Enter either Dwarf Fortress mode or Adventure mode
2) Press ?
3) Press Technical

This is, like, really insignificant, but still a thing.
