0008100: Doctor gets assigned to treat patients outside doctor's burrow, patient rests forever

Description

See title. Additionally, there is no way to wake the dwarf. Military service, jobs, burrow assignments, and alerts have no impact on the resting patient. The only way to wake them is to remove the burrow assignment of hospital staff.
