Summary0008658: "Plant seeds" is now coming up with "job item lost or destroyed" all the time
DescriptionJust upgrades from 0.40.21 to 0.40.22, and while the forging/artifact issues have been resolved, now suddenly my dwarves are losing seeds they are trying to plant in my underground farm plots. Nothing else has changed in my save other than running the new version of DF. A few sparse ones seem to have succeeded in being planted, but most are cancelling and spamming messages.
Steps To ReproduceLoad a previous 0.40.21 save into 0.40.22? I also had a dwarf in the middle of artifact creation at the time of the save; not sure if that makes any difference.

 I recreated this bug with a brand-new save.
It seems to be rather common.

Incidentally, I've noticed that the farmers seem to be 'teleporting' halfway through the job as well.
