0010670: Every civilized species shares the exact same beard/eye/hair/scale/skin/etc. colors
(Possible duplicate of Bug 3535)

Every individual of a (seemingly only civ-building) species in the world will have the exact same color modifiers. For example, in save 1, every single dwarf may have amber eyes, pale taupe hair, and cinnamon skin, and every single goblin will have lavender hair and dark olive hair. In save 2, every single dwarf may have azure eyes, goldenrod hair, and chocolate skin, and every single human will have emerald eyes, black hair, and pink skin. On occasion the hair will be different colors, but not the eyes and skin.

Appearance modifiers such as hair length, beard styles, curvature of the nose and such are unaffected.

From what I've seen, it doesn't seem to affect animals, but I haven't tested it with intelligent creatures that don't build civilizations.
Simply gen a world and examine a dwarf/human/goblin/elf/etc.'s appearance.
Mods are being used.

0003535 seems like a virtually duplicate issue, this report without really so much additional detail can probably be closed then in favor of just saying on the older report that it's persisting into 44.07.
