0010806: "Tantruming" Captain of the Guard Leading Demonstration
In the save file, my Captain of the Guard, Shem, is apparently throwing a tantrum. However, investigating him, he is actually leading a demonstration to his squad and not actually tantruming.

So after the demonstration, Sheb *then* began fighting stuff.

I recall having a child dwarf in .44.10 who was playing make believe but also "tantruming" at the same time. The child didn't seem to be actually tantruming, but rather just stayed in place.

I can speak anecdotally from the more recent versions that some drunken brawls and tantrums in the tavern instigated by alcohol on non-dwarf citizen that they will continue to stand listening to performances throughout it (though starting a fistfight usually works if they are unoccupied 'socialising')

I've made them cancel their personal and social activities now. Leaving this open as handling the squad aspect of it is more difficult, since the activity is attached to the position as well. Note that it does call the tantrum code even when they have a squad activity ongoing, so theoretically they could start trouble during the demonstration as well; they just won't be as likely to be around throwable objects etc.

Is this issue related to the one of infiltrators fighting (such as firing arrows) while still displaying the performance of a social or prayer action when they go hiddenly hostile as their buddy returning to sneak into the fortress engages dorfs (0010600)?

I think infiltrators in that sense are a bug overall.
