0010953: Wagons stuck while moving to depot
A Dwarven caravan arrived. The first wagon reached the depot, and the other wagons have stopped moving. The pack animals moved past the wagons to unload at the depot.

There is a 'Missing' wagon in the units list and a pile of trade goods right outside your main gate. Were you operating your gate drawbridge at any point?

No, I wasn't. There is a weretortoise trapped underneath the bridge/gatehouse (has been there for a few seasons) which may be related?

If the weretortoise is visible from where the wagon was and was in were form when the goods were scuttled then yes. Scared wagons tend to deconstruct, and were creatures are scary.

I think it would be completely obscured by the bridge it's under, but I'm not sure exactly how line of sight works.

Wagons behave a bit oddly since the wagon-pullers can actually phase through solid tiles (0008917). A dodging wagon-puller instantly scuttles the wagon, though I didn't see any relevant combat reports in your save.

But I suspect the culprit here is the goblin foot lodged in the fortifications above the entrance. Sentient remains can cause the wagon and/or wagon-pullers to become horrified, scuttling the wagon (0007185).
