This bug report is currently useless, because it doesn't provide any details at all.

Also note that the bug tracker is intended for the reporting of bugs so they can be fixed eventually, not game support, which probably is what you're really after, to figure out why the worlds you create won't work and how to work around it.
The DF Gameplay Questions forum would be one suitable place to ask for help, unless DF is modded, in which case the mod forum would probably be better.

Info that would probably be required:
- The ones left out above, for starters, i.e. the OS used. 32 or 64 bit version, any packages (e.g. LNP), mods, and tools used.
- What parameters you used to generate the worlds (standard, and so, which ones, or advanced, and so, which settings).
- Whether it's "every time" or "random".
- Everything else of importance.

Uploading a zipped copy of an affected world would be helpful. As Patrik said, there's not much else we can do otherwise.

A lack of disk space could result in an incomplete save folder that is unrecognizable/unloadable to DF. Check that you have enough disk space, particularly if you are generating large or long worlds.
