0000112: Ordering a traction bench to be made through the manager doesn't show material types
When you use the manager screen to queue a job to create a traction bench, the material types (wood, iron, etc.) don't show - it just lists "Construct Traction Bench" 29 times.
[j]obs and [m]anager, [q] New Order and type "traction".
I'm assuming it can only be made of metal, as neither the mason nor the carpenter workshops show the bench as an option.

That's what I'd call a bug.

The problem is that traction benches are made using tables. The first one in the list, for instance, needs an iron table(and I don't know what else). They need to have the text updated to suit.

Not sure how the mechanic's shop behaves, since it seems to have only the one option, even when I have tables of two different metals available.

sounds like it needs to be either reduced to 1, (no control over which table is used) or expanded to 29 with actual text to differentiate it. I do see a potential problem with plan b in that it would be an order requiring a two step process of create table, create bench.

Constructing traction benches is already a two step process; traction benches are made from a normal table (any type) and a chain/rope (any type). Apparently they decided to give players the option of choosing the table type (from specific metals, general stone, and general wood), but not the chains/ropes. There needs to be a better, standardized drill-down interface for selecting general/specific types of material, along the lines of the "select material type" options when adding orders directly to buildings, but it seems the game is taking the opposite design direction, if the multiple and uncontrollable units of measuring cloth and metal are any indication.
